Security and privacy
Fair Deductions is designed to keep uploaded reports, source evidence and proposal decisions within a private account workspace.
These statements reflect the controls currently present in the application and its configured service providers.
Email verification and authenticated sessions control access to each private workspace. Users are responsible for securing their account credentials.
Uploaded reports and supporting case photographs are held in private Supabase storage. Application checks restrict reads and changes to the signed-in organisation.
Uploaded reports and generated case data are scheduled for deletion 30 days after upload. Account deletion is also available from the application settings.
The application uses Vercel for hosting, Supabase for authentication, database and storage, OpenAI for report processing, Trigger.dev for background jobs, Resend for service email and Sentry for error monitoring.
Authorised support access may be required to investigate service or security issues. Administrative views are designed to expose processing metadata rather than tenancy report content by default.
OpenAI states that API data is not used to train its models unless an account opts in. Fair Deductions also disables response application-state storage where the API supports that setting. Provider abuse-monitoring retention is described in the privacy notice. Every result remains an editable proposal that requires human review and approval.

Only upload reports you are authorised to use, keep account access secure, review the source evidence and remove downloaded documents when they are no longer needed.
Run one report review free, inspect the evidence and decide whether the workflow suits you.
No card required.
